they are like collectors.... but u find them in town and they give u stuff for them like identification kits or salvage kits or keys etc. or u can jus sell them to other people for like 125gold each

if u go to a monestary quartermaster, u can trade them in for stuff, lik said before
PS: when u get tot eh mainland, there are things called imperial comenderation, whihc u can trade in at the imperial quartermaster |

I wouldnt expect any weapons - just helpign hands like..
