Sqare-Enix has recieved the question about an FF7 remake many times, and everytime it's been asked, they've said no. I wouldn't hold my breath if I were you. The game is 10 years old. If they are gonna remake it, they'd remake it for the PSP, considering the fact that they're remaking FFT for PSP, which is due out in October.
