turf battles online: cant create account

hello, i can not create a account on the website of turf battles because it says my IP address is not permitted to create new accounts, can someone help me?

Well, someone got an IP ban, wen they IP ban someone it can take out a whole neighbour hood with the IP simalar to that one.
