Can this Tv be used as a PC moniter

Yes, it's possible. You'll need an S-video cable to connect from the PC to the TV.
Keep in mind though, that it's going to look awful. Even if you're running on something like 1440x900 resolution, on a TV screen that's only a corner at best, and it's being stretched out onto the whole thing. On top of that, there's usually a bit of delay between the PC and the TV thanks to the connection, though it's rarely noticeable.

Well, you do need an output cable thingy. I mean, my friends playing on his labtop on a 64" HDTV. Ofcourse you can play it
I didnt read the description of the tv though, but yeh. too lazy, i got school in 6 minutes. |

Remember VGA and S-Video only support 480i. You need a DVI port if you want HD, as DVI will go as far as 720p.
