Post Demens Entertainment hiring

Demens Entertainment is currently working on a 3D-MMORPG named Daknomania Online. The engine is made by ourselves and it has a few advantages over other games.
The team still needs a few members.

We are looking for
Designers: The game has many small things that still need designing, like minigames, xp-tables, possibly new features etc.

3D-modelers: Our engine is made to support Milkshape 3D-program. It's easy to learn for an experienced modeler.

Mappers: The world will be huge, so we need people who place all the objects, such as trees and buildings in the ground.

Editors: Items, spells, shops, quests and npc's all need designing and editing. Editors are specialized in this.

Admins: After releasing the game, we need admins on the forums and the game to maintain order.

We also hire webdesigners, concept artists etc.

Well at least you're not looking for a programmer. That's a good sign. Do you guys have a website?

I am also interested, more in 3d and animation design, but I would also like some insight on what tech your using

I cant just export my models to any format you know, same with my animations and rig's, I need format information, program compatibility methods, your own work should be shown, unless you plan to just tell others what to do?

Now hiring? How much are you willing to pay?

Or are we freelancing on your project?

First of all, we're very serious. I'm sure this game will be released.

We don't need any programmers, since our programmer is extremely skilled. He made our engine himself and as i said, it has great advantages on others. For example, our engine has absolutely no lag.

Even tho we are looking to fill many positions in the team, we actually have plenty of mappers, designers, editors etc. All we really need more is Milkshape 3D-modelers. Of course there's always room for more members.

And no, we don't have a website yet. Our webdesigners just started working on it. All details about the engine, the team and the game are shared in our google document, which is only accessable by team members.

We have no pay. We'll look at it after we see how much money we get.

Oh, and mustang, I know what you're thinking. You don't want to join a project unless you're sure it's successful. That's what most of modelers think. That's why we decided to go all the way without trying to get more modelers. When our game is finished, we will show what we've got and we know we'll get modelers after that.
So this is what i offer: You join our project temporarily to see what it's all about. Then you decide if you're going to help us with models or not.
If you don't like the idea, you can give me your contact information and I will inform you when the game is ready for you to see. Then you decide.

We'll be glad to answer anything privately

Sounds reasonably fair actually. But can we at least get format information for modeling? For future insight modelers may really want to know, so to see if the programs they're familiar with can help support your development. Ya know, .x .b3d .3ds .3dws .obj .fbx etc?
