Can somebody do some research on this OFFICAL RO server and find out if it is free or in open beta?

It's offical because at the bottom of the page it has the logos for Vinagame(big Vietnamese game company), Gravity, and SK C &C.

This is in Open beta server.
VinaGame never make a free server
