This client is already patched,on the exception of the current updates that take place.Which will only take around 5-20 minutes depending on your connection.

So yea,thats right.You don't have to wait 4,5,6,7,8,9,10 hours to patch your game.And I went up to 10 because maybe other people have a wayyy slower connection than me.
