about the LC event key - Page 3

Hello,

Name are Case Sensitive! Be carefull. Plus your ingame name and account may not be the same, also your onrpg nick and passwd doesn't have to be the same than Aeriagames. Also, I think you (in general) have now all the necessary answers above. Please read the whole thread before asking.

This officialy blows.. Well, not the event it self, but the error i get.

"invalid input username"

Guess it dont like my dot?

Something else that blows. I emailed, and PM'ed whatever support staff contact yada yada i could find.. STILL no response.

Com on, not even a "We are looking in to it" ? I'd hate to say it, but... Incompetence?

I have asked in the LC forum, Ive mailed support twice AND still no answer...
Ive tried everything... AND my key still doesnt work

At first Sarissa wan't available, so figured once it was it was listed it would finally work but NADA!
I still get same error message ( You have entered an invalid character name )
AND believe me Ive tried everything thats been said in forums AND my EXACT User names...
both here & LC & my Character name ALL variations I can think of, I only have ONE character so dunno how its invalid...

Ive tried since the beginning, Guess its just NOT to be for me...
this is my final time trying to get an answer somehow

Well It says you have to sign in in the site first, I figure that is what you do in forum.

You need to sign in at the not-forum part of the site...
This does NOT work for me, I cannot log in there, Only in forums.
This might be why I cannot get the key and so I get ''invalid user name'', this I think is OnRPG's misstake, and in no way something aeria games can fix for you.

this is what I did:

Look at the left, there is some 'sign in' in the menu apearing. Try sign in, then try sign up for event, cant log in. And the sign up no good either

guess thats why the other 'sign in' in middle dont work.

and we wont get keys, or maybe you dont need to sign in in the site, anyways I cannot sign up for the key. And I tried all I could.

I tried to fix things by requesting new password, this does not work.

I want the key bad. I really could use this items.

Fix this ! Fix this ! please please, Im 100 % sure username and password are correct, As I can log in the forum part, and tried numberous times.

OH and please hurry only 4 days event ''key give away'' remaining

I will try daily

guess they do not mind us not getting rewards. But we do!!!

I got a key now, Because I made a new account on OnRPG, that worked for me. I made account OhWell, which worked, well im out of OnRPG, thanks for your gifts!

I heard you just log in with the info your created on the home page,and you will see a blue key, use that key on Aeria games site. HOWEVER, after registering, I cannot get in, it doesnt like my password even though I can log in here at the forum, I cannot log in on the home page to get the key??

"invalid input username" comes up now even though the name is valid. Not sure if anyone heard from their Admin? Does not say much for their site if no response?

ps: Dont know y sum of yas r gettin this "invalid input username"... everything worked just fine fer me. well gud luck to those having trouble, coz i really dont know y i didnt get that message. i wud say try it again and go over it with a fine tooth comb. gl
