Default Exteel crashes

Hey guys. I started playing exteel yesterday. Already level 9, but after about 5-7 games my game will crash at the loading screen. Anyone else get this or is it just me? Also, is there anyway to fix it? Thanks in advance ^_^

Edit: Now I can't play any games at all, it always crashes. Someone please help T_T

First off, try to open up the launcher first. On the left where there are names of ncsoft games right click on the exteel tab and click repair.That should help with your problem, but just in case it doesnt work go here http://www.plaync.com/us/support/ to contact gm support.

Yeah I tried repairing it, didn't work. I contacted the GM support and they sent me a file that should help it. I'm running it right now, i'll see if it works or not.

BTW: NCSoft support is really quick and helpful o_o

Edit: Found it out. This, apparently, has been an ongoing problem. My videocard installation wasn't clean. It's fixed now ^^

When i login, the game crashes and i get this error but i can't find gm support
