today i purchasesd nighfall, i went home to play it when i tried opening gw, it went to the "conecting to arenanet" part, but it just stopped and didnt load, the firewall was off too, i uninstalled and tried to install again, but it went to the, "conecting to arennet" part and stopped at about 75 percent, i even tried downloading it from gw site but the same thing hapopened, my internet connection is good, someone plz tell me how to do this?:mad

never turn off your firewall and ask plaync.com register there and open a ticket. they could have an related issue there as well.. :]

yeah i had the same problem, the problem isn't firewall. its this:

your welcome. make sure you check the support column in the guildwars website, they should give you immediate responses online if you email, sometimes not the best things, make sure you look up the problem on the site if your gonna email first. it should be your router if you're using one though
