Okay,
First of all if you are using FireFox, Wyzo etc. Don't use them! Use Internet Explorer (I tried downloading NosTale with Wyzo and it doesn't work!).
Second of all, don't click run, click save and save it on your desktop (at least thats what it says in the actual site). After it finishes downloading (if it does xD) click on the installer and install the game! (Thats how its supposed to be even though it didn't work for me because I used Wyzo, but now I'm downloading it with IE.) If it works I will explain with more details. Hope I helped! :]
