Default EVE-Online: Trinity graphics update

Firstly, don't give me that "wrong section" whining. Their exists neither a p2p section or an eve-online section; thus, classifying this as general.

Anyway, on December 5, EVE-Online will be undergoing its biggest expansion yet, Trinity part 1.

Part 1 of the Trinity expansion will be focused primarily on the complete overhaul of the grphics engine, as you can see in the trailer link I have provided below.

http://www.veoh.com/videos/v1555258SfrE5CRY

CCP has promised many things for the next parts of Trinity, some so claimed as to increase the approval rating of those who couldn't bare the first month of the game.

But anyway, I'm excited, the EVE community is excited, don't know about you, but I'd say a trial is in order for all of ya'll who don't have an account, at least to try out the new engine.

yeah, I may pop back in for a bit to see if Trinity kicks butt. Wonder if they're implementin that warfare system for newb corps. Also, hopefully they did something with lasers so Amarrian vessels equipped with them aren't the brunt of a lot of PvP jokes.

No factional warefare or any kind of warefare system being implemented lol they have been promising it for years but still cant work out how to make it work lol and amarr have had no buffs to their ships or role bonusses in fact they have had a few things nerfed like the rest of the races. I still wont ccp to look at assault frigates and give them a role bonus other tech 2 frigs like the stealth bombers have cool role bonusses that let them fit cruise launchers yet poor old assault frigs have none.

P.S should of used stage6 to upload the video much better video quality steaming site.

Looks good.

I've hardly tried EVE. When I did it was fairly slow, I probably didn't know what I was doing...

Anyone mind giving me a basic run-down of the game play?

Suprisingly,Eve is quite slow in the beginning, err around your first month ingame ull be training skills.

For me i kept training stuff to lvl 3 or so so i wouldnt deal with thoes...5-6 day training.

But i kept going military style so i dont know if u perfer to be a miner. None the less eve is fun, i love the fighting in that game. i so remember getting my first Drednaught, took 9 months(To use it right(skills and Gear)). I had an awesome corp too, i got hacked and quitted afterwards.

i may start again if i can side enough cash from my WoW adventures(i limit to how much i pay for games).

EVE is an in-depth type of MMO. You need lots o' time on your hands. I consider this the best Sci-Fi MMO out to date.

It's just that awesome.

It's one of those games that if you don't pay attention, you will seriously screw yourself.

The key point is the game is all about the money. The skills you get allow you to make money.

Plan ahead by reviewing some of the thing you can get later on. For instance, if you want to be a tycoon lord (figure of speech) start training skills ing mining and manufacturing. While at first, it's hard to make money, but when you start gaining the ability to research your BPO's (Blue Print Originals [the real value of a corp]) and start churning out tech 2 items, you're on your road to the good times.

Essentially, the best thing to do if you get real confused in the beginning is join a newbie corp, one that specifically states they help out new players.

The game of EVE is too large to really detail everything, but I can guarantee you that the 2-week trial is not enough time to really get you into it.

When you first start out, there is little you can do . . . all of the good missions will get you killed, but with patience and time you'll eventually have trained the skills and earned the money to start having the real fun, playing as mercs and pirates.

[edit]
Forgot to mention, but I uploaded it to veoh because I was using the LRC (Learning Resource Center, or a fancy phrase for "The Library") at my college to upload it. I don't think I have a stage6 account, so, I improvised. I wouldn't be surprised if it's up there too.

I'm too cheap and inconsistent to play a game of this magnitude. It takes a lot of time, patience and dedication to become successful, and I've heard it ultimately pays off.

Beautiful and stunning trailer. The music went perfectly with the scenes. I'll try to find it on Stage6.
