need help in savage

when i run savage.. this happens!.. how to fix this???

Uninstall everything of savage, delete all folders that have to do with savage from Programs files and temp files and your documents and settings folder, then install savage, BUT DONT RUN THE GAME!! ( IMPORTANT ), without running the game, install 2.00e patch, AND DONT RUN THE GAME JUST YET!, install SEP patch and then it'll auto run the game, make sure you can see the server list when you log,on and when you clicked on Play Savage, if you can see the server list, DONT PLAY ANY SERVERS YET! Since this was runned automactically by your system, exit it, reboot and run it manually.. it should work.
