try checking to see if your client is updated. If it is then do what i told Associated and repair your client. If that doesn't work your only choice is to re-install then it would definately work.

im getting the exact same error, tried reinstalling the game, reinstalling all my drivers, reverting to old drivers, reformatting my computer. Nothing works.

well you have to contact costumer support then since I clearly cannot help, it's most likely the requirements for the game are not met otherwise it's something from thier side.
