Tomb Raider glitch

OMG! I was jsust playing Tomb Raider: Anniversary and all of a sudden theres this glitch where i kinda get swallowed by a wall and everything becames white so I had to restart the game and now Im like 2 hours back!

Ill kepp that in mind. I was playing after a long time and thought that there were designated save areas
