when start up launcher loading an appeared
"Error connecting to update server: (11001,'getaddrinfo failed')
what happend in that yesterday open normal and today no open and appeared that

It may be some technical issues with the servers, that's why the game cannot be started during that time. Usually, they inform players in the game about future servers disconnection.
