Well...I'd check your local newspaper for people selling bikes. Sometimes people sell them cheap...sometimes not (I will sell you my DK General Lee 24 for $200, for serious :P)

Uh...if you just want to ride it, I suppose either would be sufficient. But, like I said...have a bike shop look it over for you after you get it (they usually do it for free)...I've seen lots of people get hurt by simple assembly errors.
