I only first heard about the game last night, so I don't know what the site previously looked like, however as of now it simply has a logo and image of text, with the date 11/27/07. My japanese skill is quite low and, being an image, it can't be babelfished. As the game doesn't seem to be on the main page anywhere, and the download link from the guide topic is broken, is the game still alive?

It took me a few hours to get all the kanji(particularly 終, which I shall never forget!), but I finally did, and when I plugged it into a few translators, here's what came out:
