For 300$ I would look for the new 8800GTS 512MB G92. Very hard to find for that price but its better than the 8800GT
Offtopic: I waited 3 weeks for the 8800GT with Crysis deal but it still haven't restock yet -.- |

The 8800GTS will cost 50 to 100 dollars more.
From the page you gave, I would go with the MSI OC 8800GT $292. They are underrated with graphic cards, my uncle has used a motherboard and now a graphics card from them (gts 640), with no problems at all, quite the contrary, its running great, and you get an OC one, go for it
