pRO logging in : "Failed to connect"

I downloaded the folder client
then ran the Valkyrie.exe then let it patch and it patched alright
When I got to the screen and tried to log in it would always say "Failed to connect to server". What's wrong?

server maintinance is 7-12 i think dunno if this the fime when ui playes this is PH time
