Default I was wondering

I'm actually interested in buying one of the 3 expansions. I have proph on my computer right now, but I was wondering which I should buy.

I want to use assassins so I was planning on buying factions, but I heard a lot of good stuff about the other two expansions as well. I only have enough money to buy one. I'm also switching over from warcraft as well, so I can save money seeing as how this game is f2p.

...and does EotN allow me to play as the new classes that were included in the previous expansions? If that's the case I'll just buy that.

Thanks for your time.

well if you get factions, you'll receive the assassin and the ritualist. but please, i suggest getting nightfall first, nice tutorial and you receive the dervish and the paragon. something people don't know about the guild wars assassin is they're not TANKERS. they teleport in, do damage, and teleport out, they're very weak with armor, but can cause very high damage in a small amount of time. they're very difficult to play compared to other classes. if you get eye of the north, the only thing you'll get is eye of the north campaign, the skills, and whatever else it offers. if you want the new classes, then you need nightfall or paragon. if you have any questions for any other professions, or stuff, just ask me.

EotN doens't have new professions but it has heroes, which are pretty handy if you don't want to get Nightfall just for them.

Also, Factions is the shortest of the 3 campaigns, with half the amount of missions that Prophecies has.

I also would say Nightfall before Factions but u should save and get them all... Dervish is fun and so is para unlike zenith who owns it up with the rits i cant stand them sins are ungodly but take along time to get good at their chains are really powerful but then again the dervish has the most powerful weapon in the game their armor choices are cool and the elite forms are cool... Scythe, the weapon of the derv does area damage and has ungodly attack power unlike weak daggers, used by assassin but the sin daggers when combined with crit hits are the most powerful attacks in the game... only if used correctly

Paragon has same base armor as warrior making it able to take more damage the para and rit are similar they can do good attack dmg and a few condition spells/chants and they both can heal themselves and allies well. Hell a good rit healer is better than alot of monk healers. Rits make spirits which can do many things ranging from healing allies to attacking/disrupting/blinding foes! while the paragon uses a spear and shield basicaly ranger with max armor and some heals spear can do some good damage tho...

Factions lvling is easy and fast gameplay is fun the story is of course great and its asian themed! whats not to like? and has great elite skills especially for necro!

Nightfall Lvling faster than prophecies but slower than factions You get awesome heroes which are henchman that u can choose no matter where u are and what ur doing they use weapons u give them and skills u give them they lvl with like you do and their armor goes up alittle until lvl 20 in which they max it out... They can use any skill u have unlocked and any proffesion! OMG great story also!

I would chose Nightfall first then factions once u have both then later on buy EotN

I have done closer to the stars with all so i can change their secondary profs. all charectors are rpg and have max heroes and all have max armor.
