Well im in the forest temple and on ign it says to grab the bomb plant thing next to this huge boulder that im supposed to destroy but all of the bomb plants are to far away to get to this boulder HELP PLEASE

Get it with the boomerang, bring it to you, drop it, target it and the rock. Boom.
Or, you could look at Gamespot, where there's full GUIDES.
