Any anime that shows true strategy or tactics.

Either its a gaming anime or a fighting anime.

For one, Death Note.

Second, Naruto. I know people will probably piss and moan because someone recommended Naruto, but if you think about it, it has LOADS of strategy.

Yeah naruto does have a lot of tactics.
In every fight you always see the character going on a mission and starting out with a strategy initially.
Then if that doesn't work they have to figure how to make it work with surprise attacks and figuring out more of the plot.
Then there's the fighting tactics where you have them thinking in there head of what they can do first and summarize there abilities without underestimating them but in Naruto there's always some twist and bust out with new abilities or something...

Thats probably what made it suck.

I liked Shikamaru's episodes though.

He was cool.

Berserk - Couple of different battles that make use of strategy, spins on assassinations, etc.
