Can anyone tell me that does the second red line says? and the last blue line with 2% something? i know the gloves is not that great but it's just that i saw these red and blue lines on many nice items as well ^^
what and where do i need to collect items for this quest?
also, does anyone know how to unlock the map that has 2 Starfish/Eye Ball thing as the boss? (part of the west coast map lvl 27-30 maybe)
