For the record,
1) Uninstalling and installing the Language Files does nothing.
2) Setting everything to Japanese in the Language and Regional Settings does nothing either.
I`ll go look for Asian Explorer now, and if that fails too I`ll wait for OuterRem's reply.
This lazy Korean developers, they should also make their stuff for the more reliable browsers, instead of further expanding the cancer that is IE.
I should be doing more relevant stuff that playing yet another MMORPG anyway.
But after all this trouble I'm even more determined to make it work.
