Problems Downloading Updates - Rappelz

Having major trouble updating Rappelz on 18th - 19th of December, 2007.

I will download some of the first file and then stops and won't go any further (where it stops varies). I have to close the launcer and then kill the process in Task Manager and try again.

Sometimes the connection times-out so maybe the server is just too busy?
Maybe they just need to boost up their servers so everyone can get the update quicker?

If anyone sees this post and can shed some light on why or how to fix, please reply.

The best way to fix it is do a manual patch from website if autopatch keeps freezing.

That is fine if it is one of the major updates they release a patch for.

But what about the 10 updates in between? That is when it becomes a problem.
