I hard modded my battery. Oh boy, I went through 2 batteries, but I don't know if the first one works, 'cause its a fat. I had my friend's fat battery, and my slim battery. It worked, luckily. Now I just gotta buy a new battery online, so I can actually play it.

You do know you can use a pandora's battery as a normal battery and make it so that when you hold LeftTRG and it boots pandora menu. Use Multiboot loader and my battery is in service mode 24/7 although i don't know if that will work after hard modding =\.

ok guys, stop talking about custom firmware cause its not allowed.
Back on the topic: Ask why the contest has been 'delayed' by 16 days so far and why the signup page still works and why it says this on Gabriel's profile: Last Activity: 01-16-2008 05:09 PM and no response from anyone yet.

I made a poll about CFW and asked the mods they said it was fine. Sony doesn't have any problem with CFW the only reason they don't endorse it is you can pirate full games which is what we are not talking about here. My psp is full of emulators of systems I own and games I own. So we aren't doing anything wrong

in that case:
I wanted to win this competition, but by the way these things are looking, I bought a PSP already, lol... It should arrive in 3 days, but its a new slim, I can't hack it on my own and most chances that friend won't let me use his as an experiment to create a pandora battery :P so im gonna go pay a shop to do... I check prices, it ranges here from 20-25dollars. not cheap.. but its what I got :P anyway, this is offtopic :P but its not like they can lock it, I mean, if they delete this, its not like its going away :P

If your friend has a CFW psp then you can use his to soft mod your slim battery meaning you don't have to open
http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t=85842 There is a guide on how to http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/610312 there is a guide on how to make a mms use the guide on how to make a pandora up there because if you use the one in this url it'll jack up your battery because its for fats only also you need a psp with CFW or 1.5 to do all this also if your friend is still not willing after you tell him it wont do anything to your psp here is a list of people that will mod your psp for free look for someone around your area http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t=75833 http://209.85.165.104/search?q=cache...lnk&cd=1&gl=us there it is cached the site seems to be linking me to google The only other option is hard modding and you can't hard mod a slim battery =D

I know, I live in Israel.. so that website is useless, thanks anyway :P
I might go to my friend and use his PSP to create a pandora battery for me, but it's actually easier(and faster) for me to just go to the shop

But, of course, Jakuza took the hard way out, and hard-modded his battery.
