When im in town i lag some,but outside of town it runs perfect, does anyone else have this problem?

Many people probably do.
It's because of the amount of others in the town.
Some computers have a bit of trouble handling all the characters in the area, and tend to lag.

What I do when this happens, is set the screen angle in a way that shows the least amount of other players, but still allows me to move and whatever.
It really helps with the lag.

Also you can go to options and reduce the amount of players on your screen
