And just to be sure, tell if I got this right. Each job advancement in any given class, specializes in a certain tab of skills, but all of the advancements share common skills that might not be on the same tab, right?
Asides from Kirian, Seria and Lynus, does any other NPC have Gunner skills? And what do the different colors in the skill icon mean? I`ve seen green, yellow and blue.
Is there a level cap? For some reason I think it's 60, but I don`t know where I took that from.
One more thing, I shouln`t worry too much about crafting my own items in the begining and just use the NPC stuff, right?
Oh I was forgetting, I read there are different quests to make the same job advancement. Like 3 different quests to make it as a Launcher. Do the different quests yield different results? Or is it just to spice the game up a bit?
That's it...... for now. I'll be back

Items that are white are normal. Green means that there's a full set, such as pants shirt arms and shoes all belonging to one 'set' of items and you get a benefit from having all of them equipped. Purple means rare, and can also be a set. Pink means unique, and can also be a set.
Don't make items now, wait till you're at least like, 30 to bother with that kind of thing, because it wastes your money. I'd wait till I was 40 if I were you.
Each job advancement is focused on a particular tab of skills, yeah, but you can get skills outside your tab. This may not always be a good idea, as some of these skills won't benefit your class at all, and others will only be useful for a while then suddenly you realize there were other things in your tab that were more important to get. This is what happened to me, with my mage.
Seria only gives Universal skills, and of her skills only the back jumping skill, I forget the name now, and the back jump cancel skill are useful. Don't get jump level 2. There's a much better skill called "Air Time" for gunners.
Linus gives a few skills in each tab, for new players so that they can try some. Kirian is your master, and trains you in all the skills that apply to you. Get your skills from her after you change classes. I forgot what the colors are for.
Level cap is 55, I think.
No you do all 3 quests to become a Launcher. Not just one. You have to take all of them and finish all of them. Once you've finished the first launcher quest, you can't go back and be another class, you're pretty much set.
