"That's It?!" You may say, but that's extremely helpful. I know that I would run into a load of hell with my gunner if I didn't have it, you can fire off so many bullets and it can keep you safe while in the air- and you can blast yourself away. I've seen gunners that don't use several skills and suck pretty bad, if you never plan on soloing then you can probably go without it- it always still helps to atleast have the first level of skills however.
