pretty sure this aint allowed here, though, were not giving any links to roms nor iso's, so ill give you what i think is probly legit info allowed on these forums.
first, you cant do jackshit without BIOS, if you dont know what they are, or how to use them, no one will bother explaining to you, since its a waste of time.
second, i doubt your pc could emulate at decent speed, PCSX2 is known to be a huge system whore, and most people usualy need to be running masive OC's to get shit working at decent speed. though, it has gotten better lately , and you can emulate alot of the lower end games with a regular dual core, just, go play with something else, like a gba emulator, like the other noobs.

yah the emulator will pretty much pwn ur comp.

anyways its nearly christmas... just go and buy urself a real one or ask ur parents to gift u it since everythings cheap around christmas time.
