I'm going to simplify what Riyel did in proper steps

GO to
www.cybersyndrome.net/country.html, Click on J and then look for Japan and then click on Proxy. This will get u 2-3 working proxies that are located at the bottom left corner of the Loaded page. For example, enigma.ics.teikyo-u.ac.jp:80
In IE, click on Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections -> Lan Settings
In Lan Settings, Check the box "Use A Proxy Server for your lan". Then Hit in the Proxy address, for example enigma.ics.teikyo-u.ac.jp and then the port which is 80 in this case. Do not check bypass local addresses. Once done, click ok.

2) TURN OFF THE LAN and load the arad page in your Internet Explorer type browser and type in your username and password. GET THAT STUPID WHITE PAGE 404 WHATEVER CRAP, WHO CARES.
3) NOW turn on the LAN and REFRESH the page. At the bottom, it shows the progress of how the page is loading. There should be an FRM in the loading URL. Something something /FRM/ or something..
4) When that GOES AWAY and you see loading arad.hangame.co.jp or something, REFRESH THE PAGE. It means the IP checker approved of the proxy and has you logged in. Everything should load quickly.
