OGPlanet's GM announces that the USA/CA version of CABAL will have an IP block. It can be said, as a fact - that European players will definitely be blocked from playing in the USA version. I'm sure this will apply to other countries as well. This has been confirmed.

Ofcourse europeans will be IP blocked they have there own version. We knew that to start with. As for other countries, you might wanna post a link where they say they'll be IP blocked, otherwise "this has been confirmed" doesn't apply.

You might want to learn to read my whole post. I already said EU players will be blocked. What hasn't been confirmed is whether other countries outside of USA and Canada (since you say "Im sure this will apply to other countries aswell"). You haven't provided any proof on that. We didn't even need for you to say Eu will have an IP block, because EU already has a their own version. If you wanna provide proof on OGPlanets policies, try looking for proof on THEIR forums. Like Crezz has done where a OGPlanet GM has said nothing has been confirmed yet. What a GM for another version says about the OGPlanet version can be inaccurate as foreign version GMs wouldn't be privvy to all the info.

So, in conclusion, if you wanna make a point, a valid point, do the following: Find a thread or notice from an OGPlanet GM, saying that aswell as areas that already have their own version of Cabal (and are blocked by default due to licenses for that area being owned by a different company), OGPlanet will also be blocking areas outside USA/Canada that dont already have a version of Cabal (i.e countries/areas other than: Europe, South East Asia, Japan, Korea, Brazil and any other countries that have their own cabal).

i apologize urkel, next time i'll be more accurate: www.cabalonline.com - as far as other points of proof that you are seeking, you can go look for that by yourself. this thread pertains to the USA & CA ip block towards EU - which, in turn, has caused controversy because american players were blocked midway into gaming with the european players. the only point this thread has made is that, it was confirmed by a GM, who goes by the name of "Caesar", stated that eu players will be blocked. it just so happens, that caesar is also accepting applicants for the closed beta of ogplanet's usa & ca version of cabal, effective november 21st onwards. want more info? go look for it

I assume that Cabal USA/Canada will block Europe, Korea, and Japan. They already did it in the first CB back 1 year ago

Also Latin America will be IP Banned which sucks for me, i have been waiting for this version to come out for a long time
