if they pulled the plug with out telling them they'd get their asses sued becuz wut about the ppl that payed already lol..they lost all their money spending their crappy lives on a game

but in the TOC, isnt there something that says, membership is not refunded for suspension, or account termination or ban, or allong those lines. So if everyones account was "Ban" then, they technicly cant be sued. But also, if jagex pulls the plug on runescape, then where will jagex go. They would have to have something to replase it.

IMO OFF TOPIC -[Ah helllllls no, Runescape is the nerdiesttt game on earth. I want the company to close it down everything in like one day and all the dumb little kids, and nerdy guys to cry. I mean how can one play this game, like are you high? I played years back in 3rd grade and im like what kind of dumb crap is this? My cousin played it like 2 years ago and im like ok if he can play it I could I tried it again he gave me like the a really nice armour in the game I wear it and it is like some Rainbow colored crap. Like what the hell? The graphics is one thing but the fighting is SUPER gay like you hit makes this crack sound...hit again....hit....miss....hit.. dead. Wow what kind of bull is this fix the skills and everything. Load of BS, they should end it this year cause I mean it'll save all these retards from playing it. I mean instead of playing RS for peoples first game how about MS or some other f2p game that beats this games *** or even a nice b2p. This game made me almost quit MMORPGs from the start, and I still have nightmares about this game. (this game kills the MMORPG genre for me really fps all the way now) ]

Just my say. Flame me w/e just have to get this out. So on topic JadegX or whatever its called should close it down like one day without notice it'll funny to look at the players. Haha

i'd say after some years the game will lose its popularity since games and hardwares and getting better and better people WILL have to give up this game eventually for other games then runescape dies

Even if Runescape did end though, they'd warn their players, but just imagine all of the 10 year olds and weird geeky old men or women *cough* sad'os*couch* who rush back home from work to play this game. Though it did get me into the MMORPG thing you should only play it till you're round 11 maybe less, Runescape is like a starter for MMORPG players, it's like the teddy of the MMORPG world, you start of with a teddy (Runescape) and end up buying a PS3 (WoW, Guildwars and others...). I have two friends and they share a Runescape acount (btw they're 13 years old), and they are always saying stuff like "I bet you wished you carried on playing Runescape, you would be great by now!" and I'm like "No, I don't. I'm a jester on FlyFF, If I didn't quit Runescape I wouldn't have started playing FlyFF. I'm glad I quit Runescape!" and they're always showing off their skills on the game when I go round their houses, They are addicts that are too scared to quit Runescape because of all the time they will end up thinking (or realising) they lost, they don't say it but you can tell.

Well how about: When they kill something instead of the monster or person they kill that drops stuff.. every time they drop an item they have in their inventory or equipped... And if you ever played rs you know how much those high level player love their milliongp weapons.. And when they have no items left to drop they lose a combat level ^^
when they reach level 1 they get sent back straight to the beginning of the tutorial and then when they talk to the guy they get logged out..

Come to think of it man,
all mmorpg/game are the same.
what makes a game boring is GAMES are all meaningless,you can find much better things to do in life.
if games for you is just a waste of time,do something else
in my opinion,runescape is not a bad game afterall.
GAMES are about individual preference not about how good is the games.
even if its the best game in the world,you'll still will get bored .
and stop making runescape end.
immagine someone makes ups with a thread saying for eg 'how will WOW end'
