Yo just wondering , I have caught 12 fish and only gotten .2 fishing skill gain. I am 0 fishing, is this normal?

Its the same for me....I'm wondering if those craft skills are just slow to lvl.

It seems slower then it use to... I finally got to level 1. I ended the night getting like 14 moat fish, 15 crawfish, and like 6 tropical fish. And then accadently lost one line. But yeah 3 sets of worms, and only got 1 level of fishing, I was thinking at level 0 I would have gotten a bit more.
Then I did bone crafting, I tried to make about 24 bone rings, got from 8-9 bone crafting only made... 7. Damn these are a beezy to bring up.

It levels pretty slowly. Although the cap has basically no effect on your ability to fish. A Level 1 fishing can catch level 52 cap fish. It's little strange.
