Hi Arktor!
I have found reference to your problem on the ROHAN website. It says to try the following: Open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Security and press Reset all zones to default level. If that doesn't work it says it is a firewall issue. I was wondering about the following: - Do you have an antivirus program installed? - Does your computer connect to the internet via a router? If you're not sure about this then do you have more than 1 computer in your house that connects to the internet at the same time? - Have you disabled your Windows firewall? - Have you disabled any other third party software firewalls? Finally, if you do find any firewalls up, please allow the following programs: Loader.exe Fairyclient.exe GameGuard.des I hope we can figure out what is going on! |

Hi!
Often times routers have their own built in hardware firewalls. Have you tried making your computer a DMZ or better yet just bypassing your router and connecting directly to your modem? This would only be a temporary solution, but at least if it worked we would know where the problem was. I'm also not sure about Avast, but it is possible that it is blocking traffic as well. Have you tried disabling your antivirus temporarily to see if that is the problem? |

Hi,
sorry still disturb you, yes of course I disable all firewall, as well as windows. On the DMZ I try to get information above I do not always know how to create one. Maybe if it would be a port that would open a much remains to find what port would open it. If someone would be that much ^ ^ |
