Im looking for help on installing any sort of php gallery. Ive downloaded a few, but just dont get how they work and theres way to many files. Im looking for a free, easy to use and customize php gallery. I hope I can get a good description that would be very appreciated!

Its not much a gallery, but Filebrowser is what I use. It has all the pictures at the bottom of the page then above them is the picture you click on. NME. You can find it at thefilebrowser.com and It takes only about 2 minutes to upload to a host

I use http://pranas.net/webgallerycreator/GalleryCreator.exe when I want to be lazy otherwise coding one up in php isnt too hard depends on what you trying to achieve though. Best way would be to just run a script in php that grabs all the images in a directory and then use some pagination to iterate the results.
