You're so ignorant and it's so funny.
Every site can be hacked, why the hell would OnRPG be hacked if an arcade was included?
You still didn't give me the reason.
Why don't you fear for your account right now? Aren't the hackers coming? Or are you safe because we don't have an arcade?

Your logic is so skewered. There are "innocent looking things" on tons of websites. If you are afraid that the forum is going to be hacked because an arcade is included, then I suggest you learn a lot more about programming. I've seen both larger and smaller vBulletin forums with arcades. None of them was ever hacked.

Like I said adding an arcade or really any unnecessary 3rd party mod to the forums could add vulnerabilities to the forums that hackers can exploit.

Oh, and I gave you 2 reasons if you'd stop being a **** and read them.

Sorry but that has got to be the biggest amount of poo I have heard on these boards in a good while.
1) If you do not own your own website server then you should expect such things to be irrevisible/difficult to regain control of.
However if you are in the area of
2)You own the address, your personal details are assigned to the whois or the companys account records, a simple email to their support team would give you a new account to your control panel and back access to admin your website. Last time I checked my CPanel there is a backup option one simple click and everything is backed up.

Adding an Arcade to the forums would slow it down yes but only per user download of the game and after that you are just dealing with database queries to read and update scores which isnt going to kill anyones speed. The only way you would get hacked through adding a mod is if the mod itself was exploitable and any good forum admin should google up exploit databases to check.

If hackers want to hack your website they will not need an exploit to do so.

By the way the best way to stop a bot is to use a human, bots can not outwit the average human being. Simply have a 24 hour approval process or force people to write a mini bio those that want to be part of the community will do so those who dont and bots will find another site.

It's not me who hasn't read, it's you. Do not assume that I did not read them. I skipped them because they were baseless. First of all, an arcade is not a "third party mod". True, it is unnecessary. However, you did not think for a fraction of a second that... oh, say, a Maplestory forum is unnecessary as well. You also gave no proof of them being vulnerabilities. The word "could" in your post voids your entire argument. Whether it is a 25% chance or a 1% chance, you are still being paranoid as hell.

Funny, now, if you would have READ my post, it was not microsoft that was hacked, I was a VML exploit. On myspace and snapfish a few years ago, there was a ad that anyone who viewed it lost there computer.
VML is a picture type, so look how innosent that picture is and BAM!
So, please, actually read my posts, instead of skimming and completely spreading false facts.
If you want a arcade so much, why dont you go buy a license of vBulliten, and make a arcade.

Of couse, these vBuliten addons, if they have holes, how did they get there if it cant be hacked via the programing, because somethings not right then.

I dont care if a arcade is put in anymore, if everyone cares enough, just let it happen.
