well apparently the English dub version of Code Geass is hitting American in 2008
just a heads up for you all, its probably going to be played on either G4 tv, Adult Swim (most likely due to some partial nudity) , or Toonami...maybe

Aww English Dubs shouldn't exist..........They just mess up animes with American voices...........and even worse than that they edit some of the scenes causing the overall epicness of the anime to fail.

Dubs are okay... Some anime's sound a lot better without the subtitles.
My favorite dubs would be from Dragon Ball Z, Inuyasha, Berserk, anything from toonami!

well its better to keep it in japanese audio anyway...sounds better to me..

Oh dubs.. only a few dubs are great..

Recently, one of the TV channels in my country aired "Suzuka".

There's one scene which took place at some sort of roller coaster ride, and the voice acting is.. oh well.

Imagine yourself having a chat with your friend under a tree, copy and paste those conversation onto that certain scene. THE DUBS DOESN'T MATCH AT ALL. Seriously, it became so unrealistic when compared to the original. They should mimic closely as if the anime characters (voice actors/actress) are on a ride, not sitting on a bench and talking when you're suppose to have fun in the air!

The same thing goes to School Rumble season 2 which just finished awhile ago.
Karasuma sounds like a 60 year old man, instead of his very "gentleman" voice.

I am upset since that channel doesn't offer dual sound..

Anyway, I prefer subs, despite the disadvantage of not being text-less.

The only dub that sounds good IMO is Hellsing.....Alucards Voice PWNS.

I find it funny how people are judging the dub before it's even released.

But meh, I hope it's aired on Adult Swim. Since AS didn't get One Piece, it needs something else to be absolute win.

well the one show that i liked the dubs for is FMA, those were pretty awesome voice actors, however, the dubs for Code Geass is going to not be as awesome because the voice actors for LeLouche cannot change is voice to a more stern sounding person while lelouche is Zero as they did in the anime.
