can anyone tell me wat is a good build for a spearman

spearman? do you mean a mercenary?
well im not sure about mercenary class but if you go aeria's forum someone posted a nice guide for mercenary...

merc for spears are mainly for parties. a good build for them would be

3 str, 2 agi, 1 dex, per 2 levels.

its not a specific guide for spear merc but it does give you a basic idea of what the merc is capable of
