anyone wanna help me make some award badges/medals?

I need help making "ONRPG Reader's choice award 2007" medals cuz my refurbished emachine PC broke, cant do graphics on my bad laptop =/

the categories are here

medal should look something like that but with "ONRPG Reader's choice award 2007"
and name of the category if it can fit

For the logo, I just went to the top of the page and found the URL where it's from. Then I copied it, pasted it and just took out the .com bit.

Here it is if you want to use it:
