No you have to buy the halloween outfit from the mystic pot, which also takes skill/chance/practice to get or you could waste alot of money trying. And only a pumpkin head doesn't cost actual money, it's not apart of the halloween set- you need 35 pumpkins of which ever color pumpkin head you want to get it. The green pumpkin head restores 24mp/hp a minute, the red pumpkin adds some stats to your attack and 3 other stats, and then the gold pumpkin increases attack speed by 5% and increases your cast speed by 12%.
