Actually theres no difference for adding to str/dex. Just follow your growth stats for lvl 60 then add str if you want to use blades and dex if you want to use katanas. Honestly they dont have any difference. Id suggest you go for str and blades tho and add enough to wear Osmium martial and Mystic martial BL (lvl 99 set) and enough stats (STR) to wear Osmium Armor set (->Heavy Blader). Heavy Bladers are extremely good in PvP, and wear Mystic Set for PvE. Which means you'll be using two sets.
