can someone make a guide on how to Pay for this game? ... Im tired of being HR2 lol

does anyone know what this means? I keep getting this message

btw is it also true that if you type in English within the game you are at risk of being banned?

thats the thing, I never type while in the game... yet I have managed to get around the game... I'd like to continue with the HR3 and beyond is anyone is willing to help...

it appears sometimes when you try to enter your house...
if you try it a few times it'll work
