np, and here's some translations for the destruction portions:

ヤド/ツメ - shell on their back (for crab-type bosses, need to break the shell twice with Daimyo to count)
胸部 - chest/belly plate (Basarious and Gravios have this)
頭部 - head plate (Rathalos is an example, smash the head)
尻尾 - tail (any boss with a long tail)

Oh, and apparently the quest mentions the means necessary to do so. It's 切断 for cutting and 破壊 for impact

Here's a few others for sub-destruction sites:
爪 - Claws (ie Daimyo)
牙 - Fangs (ie Dodobrango)
角 - Antlers/Horns (ie Diablos)

There's also the ears on the Kut Kus,

Yeah I finished the gathering quests. You're referring to the 1st option from the lady in yellow right?

Mind if I ask for a screenshot so it's better for everyone's reference please?

yea those =/ my names Musubi online channel 6 is full so im on the last channel quite a pain i skipped 2 or was it 3 gathering quest and guides are seriously needed im totally stuck
going off now so bye and can someone actually recommend me an armor before i set off trying to find out what are the mats i don't understand what the armor adds soo i need one for a bow user im still starting out
