I get this error when i log in

I had registered an account, installed the game and vpn.
now i get this error.

where did i go wrong?

Simply put, it has to do with your firewall.

i have that exact same log in problem. the same red characters pop up when i log in each time. how do i fix it? what does it mean? what am i doing wrong? what should i do? please help anyone.

did you change your time zone to osakka japan ?
did you connect to vpn before u log in ?
if u did these 2 things right then try to switch off ur firewall

Hello..
I ran into some trouble with vpn connection. I am using vista 64 bit, and running the 64 bit vpn. Basically the problem is that, it won't allow me to create a new connection.

I was able to run the vpn and the game on windows xp just fine. But now i use vista and i can't get this vpn to work. I tried importing my connection setting from xp but still no luck...

This happens with 32 bit vpn as well...every time i try to create a new connection, this message pops up.
