Recently, I browsed over this forum to search for my answer but i finally found it. I wanted to know what the Jail level in Orbis Party Quest was for and now I found it. It seems to me that when you clear Jail Levels 1,2, and 3 you not only recieve extra experience at the end for talking to Goddess, but you also can get some pretty nifty prizes as well. Here it is:

room 1
box1
dark crystal ore
power crystal ore
dex crystal ore
luk crystal ore
wisdom crystal ore
power crystal(refined)

box 2
none

Lol. Thats cool I guess. Nobody will ever let me OPQ though...so I'll never use it.

Some of those prizes are okay...-ish. But, the potions and ECT. are just npc-able.

I still have one problem with the exp part. I still don't get the exp at the end of the pq though. I got all the crystal ores and the items i can believe but i don't see the exp anywhere.
