Where should a Pure str train?

With def 1, the monsters are going to hit really hard.

So where should I train?

LoL, train in alkharid warriors with 3 items and go boost ur prayer to lvl 43 or ur str is useless

you only need 31 prayer for a pure str. and you should train at the stronghold of security, there is an abundance of little things to kill and most are aggressive so you dont have to click as much. just bring some tuna or something like that and sit in the middle of one of the rooms on the top floor for now. i know a rune pure that goes to the 3rd and gets about 100k xp in a little over an hour..and all he does is stand there and then watches a movie or something, doesnt even pay attention and hes fine. (zimakaru, btw, look him up hes pretty good)

Yeah but after a couple of minutes, the monsters aren't going to be aggresive anymore.

I use trouts and Salmons and I train on level 12 minotaurs because STR pures get hit a lot.

Any other place that I can train?

pest control? rock crabs(when they stop attacking you just run south until u cant see them anymore)? hill giants?
Hint: My favorite place to train is southeast where zombies are at but it is a multi zone so figure out how to fite them 1 on 1(beware of hard hitting ghost)...

i think hes not a member,me idea is that you train on hill giants.

I am planning to make my main a member, not my pure.

Where can I find an abundant source of Hill giants for my pure to train?

when they stop attacking, you run east for till you hit the door, then run right back into em. then just stand in the middle and let them hit you. *that was for my idea btw*
