The way that I look at my exp bar when I train is I look at the actual experience points instead of the percentage. For me, percentages are discouraging. I just started doing it and leveling doesn't seem like much of a pain.
For Tek, he needs 1.2 million exp points to lvl. Since it's like that, I train at golems and get 200-210 exp pts per golem. So every 100,000 I stop and break. It isn't that bad and a pretty neat way of looking at it ![]() Everybody has a style. What's yours? |

But then you'd have to memorize/write down how much the total exp you need to level is ._. .
That's kinda hard for a 3rd jobber :o My style is, Semi-slack/semi-train until like 57%, then start grinding.

% appeals more to me than the auctual number.
I can go in many ways a.) like 1-4 % a day for 2 weeks b.) hardcore leveling. like ~200% perday on each character c.) slug through quests and slowly make it up to 80%, then just train my *** off for 3 days. d.)Just screw arond with friends, and somehow get like 30%. |

i can some my mmorpg lvling styles in a few points
1. play my own list of music. 2. grind/do quests involving killing monsters to get max number required or to obtain a certain item. 3. lookup what you get in the next lvl (skills or gear upgrades) 4. BEER BEER BEER BEER |

I used to just grind in hopes for finding that next awesome drop, in retrospect.
And maxing awesome skills. Other then that...it was just mindless grinding. Now I come in two flavours. All out or Disappear. |

well..i TRY to get 10% a day.
Usually i switch places every 10% (yes, very slow) but it keeps me interested. ALso, friends REALLY help. Its so much easier to talk and stuff while ur training, than just grinding alone. I usually get lazy after i lvled, so i fool around fo rlike 20%, then lvl like CRAZZYY. |

Hmmmmmmm...
I level however I damn well please. No matter what bullshit people tell me, I just end up doing whatever I want. I can't stand leveling in one spot. I end up going up and down orbis tower 100 times, to zombies, out to pirates, maybe PPQ once or twice, kill some green mushrooms, try for a mushmom, and maybe go to DT for a bit. Yeah, I'm level 81, and I got there by doing that. Thats why I'm only level 81. Because I play for fun, not exp
