The story begins when a living person receives the letter "Shigofumi (After dead letter) from a dead person.
What do dead people want to tell? Accumulating episodes about death, this story teaches them their reason of their existence and livings…That's Shigofumi.

This anime is not to be mistaken with your normal "magical girl" animes. It's very dark and the first episode ends on an extremely dark note that makes you question the girl, "why?"

But I'm happy to say, I'm expecting a lot out of this anime series.
